How do I remember who to check in with about their RSVP?

Open the guest’s card and pick a day under “Check in again on”. That date shows up in your Calendar, and in your Google Calendar if you connected it, until the guest confirms or says no.

The Follow up status says you need to ask again; the date says when. That way you don’t have to remember who to message this week.

Setting the date

Open the guest’s card and, under their status, pick a day in Check in again on. It saves as soon as you pick it. Clear date removes it.

The field shows while the guest hasn’t answered: To invite, Invited, Maybe or Follow up.

When it goes away

As soon as you mark them Confirmed or Declined, it leaves the Calendar on its own. You don’t need to clear the date.
