How do I add guests to my list?

You can add them one by one from the guest list, with a name and — if you have it — an email or phone. Every guest is saved inside a group (bride's side, groom's side, family, friends, work) and you can add plus-ones to them.

The only required field is the name. Everything else — email, phone, meal preference, notes — you can fill in later, when you have it.

Plus-ones

A plus-one is saved tied to the person who invited them, not loose in the list. That keeps your count from drifting and tells you who each plus-one belongs to.

Groups

Every guest belongs to a group: bride's side, groom's side, family, friends, work or other. It's what you filter the list by, and later what keeps you from seating strangers together.

If you picked the wrong group, you can move the person at any time.

Every guest has a status that you update: To invite, Invited, Confirmed, Declined, Maybe or Follow up. You can filter the list by status to see immediately who still owes you an answer.

You create the tables with the number of seats each one has, and assign the guests who have already confirmed. Only confirmed guests appear: seating someone who hasn't answered yet is work you'll probably redo.
