Why do tasks I didn't create show up?
OPHIRA suggests tasks from your wedding date and from the order in which one decision depends on another: the venue before the decor, the catering after the venue. They're suggestions, not obligations — edit them or delete them, and deleted ones don't come back.
They're calculated suggestions, not a generic template. OPHIRA takes your wedding date and works backwards, respecting two things: how long each decision usually takes in Mexico, and which decisions depend on which.
That's why the venue comes before the decor, and the catering after the venue: choosing decor before you know where is work you'll end up doing twice.
If your wedding is soon
When there isn't much time left, OPHIRA doesn't hand you the full twelve-month list compressed. It switches to a short path with what can realistically still be done.
You can edit them
Change the date, the priority or the wording of any suggested task. The moment you edit it, OPHIRA stops managing it: it becomes yours. And if you delete it, it doesn't come back.
