Can I assign tasks to someone?

Yes. Open the task and pick an owner from the people in your wedding: you, your partner, both, or a collaborator. You can filter the list by owner to see at a glance who has what.

Assigning a task does two things: it stops both of you assuming the other one is on it, and it lets you see the list filtered by person.

How to do it

Open the task and choose the owner. The options are the people already part of your wedding — you, your partner and any collaborators you've added — plus "Both" and "Unassigned".

Seeing only yours

In the task list you can filter by owner, or group the view by person. Tasks OPHIRA suggests start with no owner until someone takes them.

How do tasks work?
Every task has a suggested date, a category and a priority, and you can mark it done, edit it or delete it. The list is organized by planning stage so you see what's next — not the sixty things still to come.
How do I invite my partner?
From your space you can send an invitation to their email or generate a link to pass along however you like. Once they accept, you both work from the same information: there aren't two lists or two budgets to reconcile. It's included, at no cost.
Can I add my mom or my wedding planner?
Yes. Alongside the two people in the couple you can add collaborators — family, friends, your wedding planner — to the same space. Each collaborator costs $99 MXN per person per month, VAT included. The couple is always free, and you can plan the whole wedding without adding anyone.
