I didn't get the sign-in or invitation email

It's almost always in spam or in the promotions tab. Check there first, search your mailbox for "OPHIRA", and confirm there's no typo in the address. If it hasn't shown up in ten minutes, request it again or write to hola@ophira.mx.

Sign-in emails arrive within seconds. If you don't see it, check in this order.

Spam or junk. This is by far the most common case.
The "Promotions" tab, if you use Gmail.
Search for "OPHIRA" across your whole mailbox, not just the inbox.
Check the address. One letter off and the email went somewhere else.

If it still doesn't show up

Wait a few minutes and request it again: the previous link stops working as soon as you ask for a new one, so always use the most recent.

If ten minutes have passed and there's still nothing, write to hola@ophira.mx. A person answers.

I can't log in to my account
Check that you're using the same method you signed up with — email and password, magic link, or Google — because they're separate ways in even on the same email address. If you've forgotten the password, you can reset it from the sign-in screen.
How do I invite my partner?
From your space you can send an invitation to their email or generate a link to pass along however you like. Once they accept, you both work from the same information: there aren't two lists or two budgets to reconcile. It's included, at no cost.
How do I get started?
Create your account with an email and password or your Google account, and answer a few short questions about your wedding: approximate date, city, how many guests you're estimating and roughly what you have to spend. OPHIRA builds your space from that and suggests your first tasks.
