Every date of your wedding, in one place

The venue deposit, the dress fitting, who still hasn’t said whether they’re coming: every date lived on a different screen, and the payment calendar kept growing inside Budget until it pushed the expense list out of view. Now the dates live together, and each screen goes back to showing its own thing.

The Calendar

Under Manage → Calendar you see, month by month, your payments, your tasks, the day’s timeline and when it makes sense to get quotes for each vendor. Anything that passed without being marked doesn’t disappear: it stays on top, under “Still pending”. Tap a row and it takes you to where that date is changed.

Everything with a date, month by month.

In your Google Calendar or on your iPhone

Create a subscription link and your dates show up next to your own in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, without giving Ophira access to your account. It’s read-only, refreshes every few hours and never carries amounts. If the link gets shared by mistake, you change it and the old one stops working.

A private, read-only link that never carries amounts.

Who to ask again

“Follow up” said you needed to ask again; now it also says when. On the card of any guest who hasn’t answered, pick a day under Check in again on, and it shows up in your Calendar until they confirm or say no.

The follow-up date lives on the card, under the status.

Where it is

In the menu, under Manage: Calendar. If your wedding is already in Ophira, it’s there: there’s nothing to switch on. And if you want it step by step: How do I see my dates in Google Calendar or on my iPhone?
