How do I share my playlist with guests?

With the link in Share it with your guests, or with its QR code. The page opens with no OPHIRA account and no password — anyone who has it gets in — and it's marked not to show up in search results. There they listen; adding songs takes an invite from Spotify.

Sharing the link doesn't open the playlist up to editing: whoever gets it listens. The page is read-only, with nothing to fill in.

What a guest sees

The wedding's name — the couple's names, unless you gave it another one in Settings — your note if you wrote one, and Spotify's player. Below that, two notices: without a Spotify session only 30 seconds of each song play, and to add songs you open the playlist in Spotify. There's no field for suggesting them here.

Anyone with the link gets in

It opens with no OPHIRA account and no password. It doesn't expire, it won't tell you who came in, and it's marked not to show up in search results. The way to cut off access is Change the link: the ones you already handed out stop working.

The QR code

In Playlist, tap Edit on the playlist you're sharing, then QR code. It carries the same link, black on white, for a card or for the table. There's no download: you capture it off the screen. And if you change the link, the QR you already printed stops working.

Listening isn't collaborating: whoever opens this page hears the playlist; whoever adds songs got the invite from Spotify. That's in How do I invite friends to my playlist.
